Primary Roles Appointment of Dealers and Retailers.                                                                                                                                                                Market scanning, Cold Calling & Lead Generation.                                                                                                                                         Understand and develop knowledge of Company Profile, Product Ranges, Technical aspects and uPVC windows.                                                                                                                                                                                      Sales of Windows and support to Dealers, Fabricators  & Retailers.                                                                                                            Engaging with new prospective customers and representing the company.                                                                                      Maintaining database of Customer including Dealers, Retailers,Builders,Architects, Govt. Officials and end users.                                                                                                                                                                          Establishment of Brand existence in assigned territory

SPECIFIC TO THE REGION
Oversee day-to-day sales to better understand the market and grow the business.                                                                        Dealing with direct enquires & Customers.                                                                                                                                                Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints.                                                                                                                                                          Build business by identifying and selling to prospects; maintaining relationship with clients.                                                           Ensure achievement of Daily,Weekly,monthly and annual sales target.                                                                                                     Maintain relationships with all stake holders.                                                                                                                                                   Maintain organization standards in all respect with all stake holders.                                                                                                              Track, Generate and share periodic reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information that will aid review of Strategy and any changes thereof.
Other Duties and Responsibilities Stay up-to-date on current market trends.                                                                                                                                                              Ready to take on any additional responsibilities related to Sales & Marketing.                                                                                                                                                                       Discuss challenges and share daily report with your reporting manager.                                                                                                  Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling & networking
