Minimum Quailfication  Bachelor Degree in Any Discipline/ MBA in  Marketing
Candidate having techinacal / product knowledge of UPVC windows & doors will be an added advantage
 
 
Experience   8 – 10 Years in Channel sales, familiar with upcountry markets
 
 
Minimum Competencies

Knowledge of Local Langauge, Englishy & Hindi
Strong Analyatical and Problem Solving skills
 Well versed with dealer Development and network expansion
Good in relationship Management, Expert in logstic management,
Behavioral Competencies Network Development / Planning and implementation adhering to timelines
Handling customer complaints in line with Business Standarads
Negotiation Skills and Influencing Skills
Analytical ability and Problem Solving, and good written and spoken communication skills.
Duties and Responsiblities Handling Dealers for generating more  revenue for the company
Assist the dealers in product display at the showrooms
Cordination with Profile sales team members in assigned territories to achieve the Business plan.
Keep track of competitors’ activities and report to management
Idetifying and penetrating new market segments
  Screening of prospective dealers and their background verification / market standing.
  Prepare and execute the agreement between company and  dealer.
  Responsible for payment collection and all  commercial activities.
  Implementation of strategies from time to time for business growth.
